You’ll work directly with Brian, our Principal Designer, and Idoia, our Senior Brand Writer. When needed, we bring in specialized talent from our network. Selective collaboration allows us to work with experts we know personally while maintaining quality.
Can you provide a detailed estimate?
If it feels like we’re a good fit after our intro call, we’ll put together a detailed proposal, including timeline and cost. In that first conversation, we can usually give you a rough estimate to help you get a sense of what to expect.
What’s the typical length of a project?
A visual identity project typically takes 6–8 weeks. If we’re creating custom assets like illustrations, 3D, or photography, the timeline will be a bit longer. Web projects tend to vary more drastically; once we know more about your project, we can give you a better estimate on timeline.
What’s your approach to communication?
We believe in transparent and consistent communication with all our engagements. We do live timelines, weekly meetings, and co-create for the duration of your project.
What’s your payment structure?
To get started, we ask for a 50% deposit, followed by a 25% milestone payment. The final 25% is due when we wrap up the project.
What happens after the project ends?
You’ll get assets that are equally inspiring and useful: logos, fonts, patterns, iconography, anything contributing to your identity, and guidelines. We also provide ongoing support for clients who need a dedicated brand partner. We become an extension of your team, ensuring all work aligns with brand standards.
